01. What we collect

Your name, email and the data your pet generates (chat messages, care actions). PII never leaves the EU/RU regions without your consent.

02. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your real-world location, contacts, photos, browser fingerprint, or behavioral analytics outside our app — unless you explicitly opt in.

03. AI providers

When you chat, anonymised prompts may be sent to Yandex / GigaChat / DeepSeek. PII is minimised at the source. You can disable AI memory + analysis at any time.

04. Retention

AI memory: 365 days by default. Crisis events: 90 days. Your account: until you delete it. Account deletion cascades through every dataset.

05. Your rights

Export, delete, opt-out of analysis — all one-click in /account/privacy. Contact us if anything is unclear.
